SOURCE OF THE PERSONAL DATA: The personal data held by RED LINE SRL are collected directly from the data subject during the compilation of this form.

PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The legal basis of the processing of your data, which are collected and stored in relation to the compilation of this form, is your consent; the processing is performed for the following purposes: to reply to information requests and contact the user via the e-mail address and/or the telephone numbers supplied when compiling the contact form.
RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA: Within the limits of the processing purposes mentioned, your data may be disclosed to partners, consultancy forms, private companies, appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller. Your data will not be disseminated in any way. The appointed Data Processors and Persons tasked with processing are duly identified in the Privacy Document, which is periodically updated.
TRANSFER OF THE DATA ABROAD: the collected data will not be transferred abroad.
RETENTION PERIOD: The collected data will be retained for no longer than is necessary for the attainment of the purposes for which they are processed (“storage limitation principle”, art. 5 of the GDPR) or in accordance with the deadlines set forth by legal provisions. The obsolescence of the data held in relation to the purposes for which they were collected shall be checked periodically.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: Data subjects shall always have the right to request from the Controller access to their data, the rectification or erasure thereof, the limitation of the processing or the possibility to object to the processing, to request the portability of the data, to withdraw consent to the processing by exercising these and other rights laid down by the GDPR via a simple communication to the Controller. Data subjects may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
MANDATORY NATURE OR OTHERWISE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA: We would like to inform you that the provision of data is optional for certain fields and mandatory for others (marked with an asterisk) and that failure to provide the mandatory data shall result in the form NOT being sent.
MANDATORY NATURE OF THE CONSENT: Granting consent to the processing of data by replying to the relevant prompt is optional, but indispensable for sending the form.
METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING: The personal data you provide shall form the object of processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned regulatory framework and the confidentiality obligations that pervade the Controller’s activity. The data will be processed both with IT tools and on paper and any other type of appropriate medium, in compliance with the adequate technical and organisational security measures provided for by the GDPR.
